How much does a bathroom renovation in Dresden cost?

Costs depend strongly on size, material choice, plumbing and the desired standard. After a free on-site visit in Dresden and the surrounding region we send a fixed-price quote — you know exactly what to expect before construction begins.

How long does a full bathroom remodel take?

Typically 2 to 4 weeks for a standard bathroom, depending on scope, statics and material lead times. Tenant-turnover renovations are usually faster. The exact timing is part of the fixed-price quote and clearly communicated.

Do you cover all trades under one roof?

Yes. We coordinate tilers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters and painters through our long-standing partner network in Dresden. You have a single point of contact — from the first walk-through to the handover of keys.

Do you handle rental-turnover renovations for property managers?

Yes, this is one of our specialities. We provide photographic condition reports before and after the works and can invoice directly with the property manager or owner — on time and ready to re-let by the agreed handover date.

Do you offer 3D visualisation?

Yes, on request. You see your finished bathroom or apartment realistically before the first tile is laid — materials, colours and lighting. This saves arguments during construction and money on late changes.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. We communicate in English and German and fully support clients who do not live in Dresden or whose first language is not German — from the first site visit to the final handover.
